		<description>I went to a meet the brewer evening with John Boyce of Mighty Oak brewery last night. He suggested 60% of the flavour came from the yeasts and he swore by his multi strain yeasts.
I may have paraphrased slightly as i had all-ready sampled many of his fine Ales by the time he started talking.</description>
